Navigate to your portal login page at http://portal.kobaltmusic.com/ or https://portal.awal.com/
On the sign-in screen, enter your email address in the username field and then enter your password in the password field
Click Sign In
If you selected Google Authenticator as your additional factor, you will see a screen that looks like the below.
Open the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device and enter the code listed against the credentials you use to access the portal.
Click Verify
You're done, you should have successfully logged in to the Portal!
